Online coaching is a remote programming experience for athletes, where lifters will follow up to 4 sessions per week following a 12 week training cycle.
Athletes get to choose from 3 disciplines: Strength & Conditioning, Powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting.
The team programme experience is app-based making you accountable to log your session, share your progress with team mates, and get stronger!
Our online coaching is for anyone who needs it! We have 3 programmes and 3 different disciplines, from new starters to more experienced lifters, and veteran athletes.
Each programme will be relevant to experience level, and what discipline you’d like to train in.
Apart from getting stronger, faster and more powerful? You’ll become more accountable and consistent as each week you receive your sessions and your team begins to complete each workout.

Once you're signed up you'll receive a welcome email with all the information you need to get started, including an invite to our training app
A new cycle begins! You can drop-out at any point but we recommend seeing a full 12 weeks through to see the results.
When we take the first payment you'll be required to set up a mandate with us for future payments. All payments after the initial payment automatically renew on the 3rd of each month
No contracts! You can simply cancel your direct debit through your bank at any time or contact membership@taylorsstrength.co.uk and we'll do it for you
Access to a gym is desirable but a lot of the training can be done with a minimalist setup at home with a barbell, rack and a few weights
Absolutely, the goal of the programme regardless of your discipline is to improve your strength, speed, and power. We'll always challenge you to improve your technique, time, and numbers.
Yes, it's beginner friendly. However, we recommend learning some basic barbell movements from a competent coach if you really want to excel.
