Yes, this is what our Open Platform Membership is, but you’ll need to be experienced enough to know your way around a gym safely, and be able to lift with proficiency.
Yes, x1 per week / x4 per month. You have to use the sessions within the month as they can’t be carried over due to our sessions being group coaching.
We plan to add options for x8 and x12 sessions per month soon. For now, you can hire one of our coaches for any additional sessions you might need.

Absolutely. Whether you’re lifting a barbell for the first time in your life or you’re just getting started in the sport, our coaches will provide you with the skills you need to improve and gain confidence in your lifting ability.
It’s in a group with other like-minded individuals, but if you want 1-2-1 coaching our coaches can provide it if you ask.
Currently, we’re filling a Monday evening session at 6pm and trialling a Thursday morning group at 6.30am.
Each coached session will last 90 minutes.
Of course you can, anyone can apply for our 14-day trial which gives you a chance to try any of our sports/services.
